A little backstory:
The Alps, which connect France and Italy, have a real pastier history. They used to produce delectable delicacies out of grain and water: Les Taillerins (Black Trumpet Pasta). All tastes are kept because to the lengthy production procedure. Taillerins are tagliatelle variations with intriguing scents or fantastic designs that just spice up everyday life!
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (140 g of fresh eggs per kilo of cereals), dried black trumpet 1.5%, aroma, salt and aromatics, cuttlefish ink.

Directions for use: Cooking time: 9/10 minutes Cooking: like pasta, 1 liter of salt water... a few minutes, drain it's ready! Preparation: according to your desires. As an accompaniment with meats or fish. Delicious simply with a nut of butter or a spoonful of fresh cream.
