Francine created my pancake dough to discover the pleasures of American breakfast (brunch). Thick, fluffy and melting pancakes traditionally served with maple syrup.
Wheat flour, oatmeal, sugar, egg powder, baking powder, salt.
Possible presence of milk, soy, sesame seeds and nuts.
Directions: 1 bag of preparation for My Pancakes mix Francine, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of oil (20g)
1) In a mixing bowl, pour the contents of the bag, then the milk while stirring with a whisk.
2) Add the oil and mix well.
3) Heat a non stick pan to medium heat and grease it slightly. Pour half a ladle of dough about 4 inch in diameter. You can cook 3 pancakes at a time.
4) Brown the pancakes on both sides.
Enjoy with jam, butter, honey or maple syrup.
