True and unavoidable specialty of Provence, recognizable by its unique oval shape and its brilliant white icing. It's hard not to succumb to the crunchy and fluffy textures that release in the mouth flavors of almonds, fruits, and candied citrus fruits and finally, a discreet note of orange blossom.
The traditional calissous are in a pretty box with a Provence décor, ideal to offer in these end-of-year celebrations!
Ingredients: Almonds, candied melon ( melon, fructose glucose syrp, acidity regulator:citric acid, sulphites), candied orange and lemon peel( orange and lemon peel, glucose syrup glucose, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid, preservative: sulfites), cane sugar, icing sugar (sugar, potato starch), crystallized invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, unleavened bread (starch) potato, water, sunflower oil), egg whites.
May contain traces of nuts (nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios), wheat, soya and milk.
