Privacy policy
The information that we collect to process your order is kept private. We never sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card information with anyone. We will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter with information about upcoming products if you have subscribed to it during the registration process. If you choose to opt-out, please go to any newsletter that you have received and click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. Shipping policy
We offer free ground shipping for all orders totaling at least $55. We reserve the right to choose the carrier (UPS or USPS) for orders. During the checkout process, you'll have the possibility to choose a sign off or not on the package delivery, as an option for an additional fee of $3.50. International Purchases: Le Panier Francais doesn't ship internationally yet. We only serve the 48 lower states of the Unites States. We reserve the right to not ship a package if the weather doesn't permit, e.g. if it's too hot for chocolate or too cold for liquid-based products. For PO Box we'll have to ship via USPS only, since UPS doesn't accept it. In that case we reserve the right to contact the buyer to have the shipping fees estimated, and the free shipping could be waived.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal transactions, Amazon payments, and VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. In addition, Le Panier Français keeps all customer information confidential. Credit card number information is never transmitted via our website. We are using PayPal, a third-party provider, for payment processing in order to secure credit card transactions.
Security policy
We have implemented the latest online security procedures to protect your information. All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted when transmitted to our servers. Your credit card information is not kept or transmitted via our systems. We are using a state-of-the-art service provider, PayPal, to act as a relay for credit card transactions. The chat and contact us functions are made over an encrypted transmission from your bowser via our server, using the latest SSL encryption methods. Our servers are PCI compliant for your protection.
Return / Cancel policy
Please go into your account area and click on "Return Items" under the "Order Completed" menu to begin the return process. Please provide an explanation, then a return number will be created and someone from our staff will contact you for follow up and guidance. Upon receipt of your package you'll have 14 days to notify us that you want to return your package. We won't accept the returns past that date. Returns are subject to a $9.90 restocking fee.
Please follow the return package process outlined above to cancel your order. Access your account area, then click on "Return Items" under the "Order Completed" menu. Please provide an explanation in order to start the cancellation process. A return number will be created and someone from our staff will contact you for follow up and guidance. Cancelled orders are free of charge as long as your package is not shipped. When shipped, the order will have to follow the return process and the $9.90 restocking fee will be applied.
