Privacy Policy
The information that we collect to process your order is kept private. We never sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card information with anyone. We will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter, upcoming products. If you choose to opt-out, please go to your user profile section to unsubscribe to the newsletter. You have the possibility to create an account on our website, by clicking on the "Sign In - Account" link on the right corner of the home page. If you are not registered to our website, an account will be automatically created on your first order and a temporary password will be assigned. This temporary password will be included in your first invoice. Please login into your account with your email address and use this temporary password, then change it under your account section. Payment policy
We accept PayPal transactions, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, Amazon pay and Google pay. In addition, Le Panier Francais keeps all customer information confidential: Credit Card numbers information never transit via our website; We are using Braintree, PayPal, Amazon and Google third party providers in order to secure the credit card transactions.
Shipping policy

The cost of shipping for retail orders is variable based on the weight, distance, speed of the delivery you want to receive and the carrier choice. We are using mainly UPS and USPS as carrier of choice. Le Panier Francais offers free shipping on orders over $65 to 48 contiguous states. To qualify for free shipping, your total order before savings and estimated tax must be at least $65. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address may affect the eligibility of your order for free shipping. Surcharges for packaging above 20 Lb. may be applied due to the size, weight or special handling required. We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees to our customer in case of retail purchases that should have been classified wholesale, due to large items quantity, heavy weight or large volume. Our customer service will contact you if we run into such rare situation.

Lost Package

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Once it's on its way, the carrier assumes liability for the package and contents once it leaves our warehouse. You should first contact the carrier with any delivery issues. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. It is your responsibility to check the tracking of the order and contact the carrier if you'd like to arrange special delivery instructions. If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage you to arrange for someone to pick up the package at time of delivery.

Chocolate and other Melting Products

During warm weather, we can ship out these products with standard shipping but cannot guarantee products to be delivered at your desired quality. 
We are unable to issue refund/replacement if chocolates are melted during transit. Please call us to use 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout or shop at a cooler time.

Security policy

We implemented the latest online security procedures to protect your information. All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted when transmitted to our servers. Your credit card information is not kept, nor transits via our systems. We are using a state of the art service provider, Braintree, PayPal, Amazon and Google; who are acting as a relay for credit card transactions.

Return policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund! (Returns must be unused, unopened, in the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.) We value your patronage and are dedicated to providing the best service possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or change of mind, a shipping charge of $8.99 or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater, will be applied.
Credit will be issued within three business days of the product's receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received, processed, and credited. It may take up to ten business days for your bank to credit your account with the refund.


These items cannot be returned due to the nature of the products.

If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them or issue a refund on an individual basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number, an explanation of the problem, pictures, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We value your patronage and are dedicated to providing the best service possible. does not assume ownership of returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center.
A refund may be issued without the need for a return at our discretion. Any defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please keep in mind that final sale items, packaging changes, holiday products, and perishable items are not returnable or refundable.


Damaged Item

Our team takes the utmost care to safeguard your order before shipping, but accidents happen. If an item has been received defective, please contact us with images within three days upon reception. Our carriers need photographs as proof of damaged, and if we do not receive any, we will not be able to process your request. 

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Le Panier Francais reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Le Panier Francais shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Le Panier Francais shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your method of payment charged. If your method of payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Le Panier Francais shall immediately issue a credit to your method of payment account in the amount of the incorrect price.
