The Valfleuri Lasagnettes of Alsace bring fantasy to your plates. Serve as a single dish with cut smoked salmon, fish eggs, crushed pink berries, fresh dill and a drizzle of cream or olive oil.
LASAGNETTES WITH SMOKED SALMON AND FENNEL
- 1 bag of Valfleuri lasagnettes
- 6.35oz smoked salmon
- 1.76oz fresh cheese
- 2 red onions
- 1 fennel bulb
- 5 sprigs of fresh dill
- olive oil
- salt and pepper 5 berries
While the Valfleuri Pasta is cooking, slice the onions and fennel bulb, salt, pepper and fry them in olive oil, cover to prolong the cooking with smothering for a few minutes.
Pour the cooked and drained pasta into a dish and mix with the onion and fennel. Decorate the dish with smoked salmon cubes, fresh cheese, and sliced dill sprigs.
