Ingredients: High-quality durum semolina, fresh eggs from hens raised outdoors (30%), or 320g per kilo of semolina.

MACARONI IN GRATIN
1 bag of Valfleuri Macaroni
- ¾ cup (15cl) crème fraiche
- 2 ½ cups (60cl) whole milk
- 1 fresh egg
- 5.3oz(150g) of a mixture of county and grated Emmental
- 5.3oz(150g) ham matches
- salt, pepper 5 berries, ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350F. Beat the egg, then mix all the ingredients; Macaroni Valfleuri, milk, cream, egg, ham, half of gratedcheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour the mixture into a gratin dish.
Flatten the Macaroni with a spoon to put them in the milk. Spread half of the remaining cheese over the gratin. Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
The inside of the gratin should be half-cooked, half-creamy. Serve with a green salad.
