Superb mustard, difficult to find especially in this larger size, but Le Panier Francais always does.

There are countless gourmet French mustards available. On each trip to France we would bring something new home and then let it set partially used because it wasn't what we were looking for - smooth, with a bit of heat or "kick." We started asking at each restaurant we ate at what mustard they used, and nine time out of ten the answer came back, Amora.", even at high end places. We were amazed to find that it was inexpensive - a fraction of the gourmet brands. The taste was exactly what we were looking for, and it has been our "go to" mustard ever since. I dip my frites in it for a great taste combination. We now augment the stash we bring back on each trip from Panier - great service and fair prices. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed

I am French and the only mustard that has a kick to it and is "hot" IS Amora mustard. Forget about Grey Poupon or any other french mustards, they are just too sweet.

Amora is, as usual, the best mustard from France.

Excellent mustard that serves a different set of purposes than American yellow mustard; yes, it is better and distinctly better quality, but mostly it it succeeds triumphantly in the recipes/uses where yellow mustard will simply fail. Everyone who has tried this at our house has fallen for it, buys it, and one man even gave it as Christmas stocking stuffers to his family. If you haven't tried it, you probably should. Does put other Dijon mustards to shame.
