Les Ruchers du Mont Ventoux Lavender Honey from Provence is a honey that is rich, creamy, and pale yellow. It has a viscosity that is great for spreading, and it can also be eaten right off the spoon. Les Ruchers du Mont Ventoux Provence Lavender honey is a specialty honey that is harvested from the end of June to the beginning of August. This honey is known for its distinctive lavender flavor. It has a delicate aroma and a pale color, but when it crystallizes, it takes on a considerably whiter appearance.
The consistency is similar to cream.
The Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) label guarantees the Provence origin of this honey.
