Returns & Refunds:


Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving your items for a refund. For eligibility, returned items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect address details, delivery refusal, or a change of mind, a shipping charge of $8.99 or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, depending on which amount is greater.

Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within three business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the credit has been applied. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account.


Due to the nature of perishable products, they cannot be returned.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are more than willing to exchange it or provide a refund. Bear in mind that items labeled as final sale, those with packaging changes, holiday-specific items, and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
