Non-Perishables:
Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving your items for a refund. For eligibility, returned items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. We highly value our customers and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect address details, delivery refusal, or a change of mind, a shipping charge of $8.99 or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, depending on which amount is greater.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within three business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the credit has been applied. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account.
Perishables:
Due to the nature of perishable products, they cannot be returned.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are more than willing to exchange it or provide a refund. It's essential to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing details like your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant pictures. Specify whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. We aim to consistently offer top-notch service to our customers.
Please note that LePanierFrancais.com does not claim ownership of returned items until they are received at our fulfillment center. At times, depending on the circumstances, we might issue a refund without the need for a return. It's crucial to report any defective or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
Bear in mind that items labeled as final sale, those with packaging changes, holiday-specific items, and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
