A lovely spongy madeleine that goes great with a little espresso. My kids love them and try to convince me that they are perfect for their breakfast. ;-) 4 stars only because freshly baked would be even better. Still very lovely.

The Madeleines are delishes, although a bit dry..Perfect with coffee, tea, milk.
