Etymologiquement speaking "tapeno" means caper, it is this one which gives its flavor so particular to the tapenade!
Before opening this product has an average lifespan of 3 years (at manufacturing date) at room temperature (see Date of Optimal Use Limit on the capsule).
After opening keep refrigerated. It is advisable to consume them within 72 hours.
Ingredients: Black olives 80% capers 6% olive oil paste anchovy garlic vinegar, salt, pepper.
