Domestic Shipping in the USA
The cost of shipping for retail orders varies based on the weight of the items, the distance they'll travel, the desired speed of delivery, and the carrier selected. We primarily utilize UPS and USPS as our carriers of choice.
Le Panier Francais offers complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $65 to the 48 contiguous states. For an order to qualify for free shipping, the total value of the order, before applying any discounts or estimated taxes, must be $65 or more. If a coupon is applied, bringing the total under $65, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. Please note that canceling items, merging orders, or altering your shipping address could impact your order's free shipping eligibility.
For packages weighing over 20 lbs., surcharges may apply due to the size, weight, or special handling needed. In the rare event that a retail order should be classified as wholesale—due to a large number of items, significant weight, or substantial volume—we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees. If such a situation arises, our customer service team will reach out to you directly.
International Shipping Policy
1. General Information
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping rates and delivery estimates may vary based on the destination and the shipping option you choose.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Le Panier Francais is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Le Panier Francais is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS wich is our carrier of choice to file a claim.
6. Returns Policy
Since it's an international shipment, we are not accepting returns.
