Les Ruchers du Mont Ventoux Provence Lavender Honey red label is considered to be the best lavender honey from Provence, which is located close to Mont Ventoux. Beekeepers who were determined to produce honey with the highest possible grade of lavender flavor were responsible for its gathering.
For four generations, beneath the clear skies of Provence, in the heart of Vaison-la-Romaine, Maison Augier & Fils has been carefully selecting the finest honeys and other products of the hive, all with the goal of ensuring the utmost happiness for their customers.
The Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) label guarantees the Provence origin of this honey.
The Label Rouge is a national sign that refers to products that, in terms of production or manufacture, have a higher level of quality compared to other similar products usually marketed. Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm NZST. If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch. These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries.

We have several warehouses around New Zealand that your items could be dispatched from. This means if you place an order with several items, they may not all arrive together. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if your order has been split so you can track each items journey. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have further concerns.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. If you have created an account you can also login and find your tracking details there. The tracking number is not valid until the items have been collected from our warehouse and scanned into the couriers network. We recommend checking after 6pm on the day your order was dispatched.

Our Courier partners will leave in a safe spot or leave a Card to Call. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection of your item. We cannot do this for you.
